2. Quotes & Pricing

- Final charges may vary based on actual time, distance, and complexity of the move.
- Additional charges may apply for packing, storage, stairs, long carries, or specialty items.
3. Booking & Cancellation
- A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
- You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the move without penalty.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information regarding items to be moved
- Be present or have a representative available on moving day
- Secure all fragile or valuable items (or inform us in advance)
- Ensure clear access to and from the property
5. Limitations of Liability
- While we take great care, Seafair Movers is not liable for damage to items packed by the customer or for unforeseeable delays (e.g., traffic, weather).
- Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of the move.
6. Prohibited Items
We do not move:
- Hazardous materials
- Explosives or flammables
- Illegal substances
- Perishable goods (unless pre-arranged)
7. Intellectual Property
